We offer monthly workshops covering a diverse range of topics such as: arm balances and inversions, chakra series, the roots of yoga, meditation styles, and comparative mysticism.
Yoga on C’s team is as diverse as its class offerings. All of our teachers are Yoga Alliance 200-hour trained. Some of our instructors have their 500-hour E-RYT from Yoga Alliance, which is the highest certification offered.
Our Yoga Teacher Training is broken into two modules precisely because it is NOT just for people wanting to teach; it is for elevating your own practice. One key difference to our YTT is that we have our co-founders teaching the trainings, one with a Ph.D. in religion, and the other a NASM certified personal trainer. Therefore, you can rest assured that you will be receiving accurate and quality content!
