Yoga Sculpt HIIT Class (a powerful combination of Vinyasa and strength/resistance training)
Unique workshops with the power to change your life!
We offer monthly workshops and special events covering a diverse range of topics such as: arm balances and inversions, chakra series, the roots of yoga, meditation styles, and comparative mysticism.
We even hold group Acupuncture and Reiki Sessions that make these modalities available at more affordable rates than one-on-one sessions. It’s a wonderful opportunity to try out a new modality!!

Yoga on C’s teachers are as diverse as its class offerings. And the key to the best yoga experience is finding a teacher you love! All of our teachers are Yoga Alliance 200-hour trained and some have their 500-hour E-RYT from Yoga Alliance (the highest certification offered). Plus, our co-founder and lead instructor is also a certified personal trainer!
They each have their own teaching style and put a unique spin on your yoga experience—so, you’ll be sure to find one you love!
