Yoga on C offers classes for the full spectrum of today’s popular yoga styles. Whether you are an advanced yogin, or it’s your first yoga class, we have something for everyone. Here’s a quick breakdown of our different yoga classes, so that you can choose the one that’s perfect for you!
Vinyasa Yoga Class Level 1 (suitable for all practicing yogis)
Vinyasa Yoga Classes Level 2 and 3 (ideal for seasoned yogis)
Yin Yoga Class (a slow, restorative experience)
Vin/Yin Classes (the best of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga)
Yoga Sculpt HIIT Class (a powerful combination of Vinyasa and strength/resistance training)
Yoga on C’s teachers are as diverse as its class offerings. And the key to the best yoga experience is finding a teacher you love! All of our teachers are Yoga Alliance 200-hour trained and some have their 500-hour E-RYT from Yoga Alliance (the highest certification offered). Plus, our co-founder and lead instructor is also a certified personal trainer!
